Stewart started working as a general labourer for Farringtons at the age of 15 while still in high school. His drive and determination has seen him succeed in each of the roles he undertook. His experience and reliability saw him supervise the planting and harvesting teams during his summer breaks from College and University.

One of Stewart’s passions is volunteering with the Air Cadets. He has a number of roles there and enjoys working across the country developing new cadet recruits, along with mentoring and training other volunteers. He believes this has helped him develop his skills for his current role of Operations Director at Farringtons Plants.

Stewart also enjoys the outdoors and the variety of his work. Each season brings a new challenge for him, one which he is prepared to undertake.

Emma started working for Farringtons at 18 once she completed her A-levels at college. She began as a receptionist and quickly took on more responsibility developing her organisational and communication skills. Her reliability and friendly character saw her soon step up into the role of office manager. Thriving in this role she recognised her aptitude for numbers, and so began a part time accounting course. Now qualified to level 3 AAT, Emma has been our account manager for the last five years.
Outside of work Emma loves the great outdoors and enjoys all types of country pursuits including horse riding and dressage with her own horse, Basil. Emma likes to keep busy and is currently renovating her house and has a passion for upcycling furniture.
